Abstract:

A comprehensive financial education curriculum designed to help adults outside the financial mainstream develop financial skills and positive banking relationships. "Money Smart" is available in both a self-paced computer-based instruction for individuals with access to a computer, and in an instructor version. The instructor version is available for individuals wishing to teach financial education topics to others in English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, or Vietnamese. Each of the instructor versions include ten stand-alone modules containing everything necessary to begin teaching right away, including a comprehensive instructor script and take-home booklets for participants.
