The Financial Mentoring Program (FMP) helps case managers assess where clients are financially, identify their personal/financial goals, and design action plans to get there. This guide is designed for case managers and others who want to provide financial mentoring services. It includes an overview of the FMP, lessons learned, and a set of tools/instructions for use with clients (e.g. intake interview, financial quiz, etc). |
