The entire program is designed to be a four-week, in-depth series (2-3 hours each) with fact sheets, worksheets, exercises and activities available for use. Each module can stand alone as a 1 to 1 1/2 hour program. A post-test to compare to the pre-test will help participants determine what they have learned.
